returns and exchanges
sometimes it’s just not right. sometimes what you order arrives different than expected, not what you thought it would be, fits weird, or you just don’t like it. our return policy is simple: if it’s our fault, we take it back; if it’s your fault, we don’t. here are some examples of what we mean:
- if you designed it, and you created it, and you don’t like your creation – you can gift it to your favorite neighbor or family member and try again. we don’t take back custom designed items.
- or, if you damaged it by doing something crazy to it, like:
- you got paint on it.
- you dropped it in a mud hole and it got stained.
- you threw it at your uncle rufus and it broke or got torn.
- any misuse, destruction, damage you caused – or something you created that you just don’t like, please learn to be nice, tidy and more creative – try again.
however, if the item is defective by manufacturing, damaged in shipping or we shipped you the wrong size, seven spoon’s fulfillment team is 100% responsible and will replace it without any questions. email us at customerservice@sevenspoon.com and we will take care of it.
